Is SunGazing really a good idea ...I mean with the SolarFlares and Gaint MotherShip plus other UFO Sightings going in and around the Sun ...THE SUN IS GOING THROUGH A CHANGE as is Planet Earth.

Sun gazing was considered good for your eyes but nowadays the sun is emitting some extra strong flares, not sure if its a great time to do it. I still might try though :)

An online friend or a friend you actually see face to face? I find it highly unlikely that anyone survives more than a few months without eating or specially drinking (that of which one can barely last a week without water)... let alone years.

I'm not disputing other supposed benefits of sungazing. I am speaking strictly of the notion that they do not eat anything. "I'm not anorexic, I'm a breatharian!"

I watch the sunrise (and the moments before) quite often when it rises over the beach that's in walking distance, well before I ever heard of the idea of "breatharians" or sun gazing. And I find it a ridiculous notion that you have to be so mathematical in your approach in order for the "benefits to work for you"... only 10 seconds the first time and increasing it by 10 seconds every day thereafter? I'm sure. And how exactly are we supposed to know what the "first ray" actually is anyways? It's set up so perfectly that even if you try, you have excuses for it to "not work" due to being able to convince yourself that, "well, I guess that wasn't the first ray, or I gazed a few seconds too long."

Yes, I do think watching a sunrise or sunset is beneficial. It's beautiful. Do I think it'll give us super human powers? Hah. No. But please prove me wrong. I'd be happy to be wrong about it. :)

Breatharian? bologna. Even just looking at "breatharian.com" you can see it's a homemade website that lacks credibility just by reading the front page! Our bodies are gonna be destroyed on Dec 21, 2012? Oh for sure. It's weird that we're still here then.

If sungazing really could afford people the ability to not eat... why don't some do-gooders go out there and teach the homeless and poor how to do this?

There is no evidence "breatharians" do not eat or drink regular food/liquids. Only claims. And if people really do wish to be a true "breatharian", they will die trying, or get really sick.

I wouldn't doubt you could use this method to decrease the amount of food you consume if you're looking to loose a little extra weight (mind over matter is a powerful thing)... but to give up eating and drinking all together... is a death sentence; and if death isn't the intention, a Darwin award will be well deserved.

Don't believe everything you read! A "breatharian" could very well provide evidence to their claims by having credible witnesses follow them around for 2.5-4 weeks.

One DC says to another DC, "I wonder what we could do next to help get rid of dumb people." --- "Well, we could come up with a philosophy where people can survive on sungazing and convince them they no longer need to eat or drink." --- "Perfect!"... Although if you think of it, are the DC really dark if they're trying to get rid of dumb people?

Kelly Lightchalice may like to confirm this, as I had a chat with her about this very technique, taught to me by the Sirians...It was a method of obtaining solar vril from the sun, especially at dawn, or dusk...and is truly awesome and completely safe...

The problem is SUNGAZING MAY BE GOOD BUT IN MOST PARTS OF THE WORLD THERE IS NOT MUCH SUN ABOUT....what with rain, flooding, snow and other Natural Disasters.
YOU HAVE TO BE LIVING IN THE RIGHT PART OF THE WORLD WHERE YOU GAIN THE SUN MORE OFTEN
