As an accepted matter of fact this guy explains how expecting parents are having embryos screened for abnormalities and disposing of the fetus if it is not perfect-so much for Christian charity towards the mentally challenged who are in a terrible lesson and that parents elect to help advance their own positive karma. The challenge for humanity is twofold: to survive long enough to reach that point, and to cause the least amount of harm while getting there.

Yea, but IF that reality became real, the level of genetic knowledge would be much higher than what it is today, and since you measure this scenario with the standards of This time rather than the future you're talking about, your analysis is completely flawed. The mental evolution of humans is already accellerating. There's no doubt in my mind that the will be serious restrictions to any trials based on genetic manipulation of fetuses. Most countries ban stemcell reseach and human cloning is forbidden globally so as of Right Now, we are quite secure in the projection that the mental evolution progress just as well as the technological evolution on the physical earth (of which many of us won't be a physical part of for much longer anyway).

Monsanto managed to get themselves banned in different countries all over europe for instance, and when the report about the sterility problems in generation 3 of the mice that had been living off of the same corn the U.S sent to mexico, then.. well.. It'll be a while before they can work themselves back from that one to say the least. It wouldn't surprise me if Mexico Nukes you for it in 60 years when they realize the level of damage you've done to their population as well as their environment. Talk about Bad Karma.. ;D
The courts in Europe also did what the courts in the U.S could not, they resoned logically and told Monsanto that it's their own damn fault if their pollen escapes from their fields and infect other fields so if their product ends up in anothers farmer field, it's They who owe Him and not the other way around.
So, Monsanto have no legal rights against anyone in europe and since their many fuckups with both pesticides and genetic engineering, they have no place here either. ;)
But perhaps when their childrens childrens childrens children take over the company, the mental evolution will have progressed so far that they no longer care about maximizing profit but rather care about maximizing the publics respect through responsible actions. :)

You almost write with a sound of glee and joy in regards to the GMO problem facing the United States. Not everyone in the United States is as bad as you "believe" they are. There are good people everywhere, regardless of the sources of problems that other people may have to deal with.

But that doesn't take away the national karma that is derived from the nations actions as a whole. You stand to answer for that one along with your fellow neighbors. If the nation gets a karmic backlash, you're all gonna feel it one way or the other and some people like to watch volcanos, some people like to watch planets collide, some people like to watch supernovas while I personally like to watch my 20 year old predictory equations, play out in real life. To you this is real and current life but to me it's "discovery channel", to borrow a kliché. ;)

A lot of people have no faith in what Yogis and adepts have realized over millennium and one of them is diseases are karmic choices to repay old karma or for a certain lesson-this 3d world is a school for a period of time and after having fulfilled earthly desires for millennium and paying for mistakes we move on-the longer we live in 3d the more we pay (or make mistakes) just by existing in a heavy body-yes we want ot be as healthy and as prosperous and as safe as we can but there are better worlds to get t0 and adherring to this one with all your will power on and on and on is stupid

The principal forms of IBD are Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Although intestinal bowel syndrome (IBS) is not mentioned in the study, it is clear that the same issues apply to IBS sufferers.
The various forms of IBD, IBS, Crohn’s and ulcerative are the three highest risk factors for colorectal cancer. For most people with one of these ailments, it is when, not if, for colorectal cancer.
Lead investigator Wendy Garrett, assistant professor of immunology and infectious diseases at Harvard said, “In this study, we identified two microbes that instigate gut inflammation that leads to inflammatory bowel disease ….”

I'll agree with that. You also on occasion have the intelligence to match that description you can't control. Especially if you look at whole countries as guilty for the sins of a few. Applying your logic, maybe we should pray for another famine to hit Ireland due to the murders committed by the IRA involving people who had nothing to do with Ireland's problems.
