I saw that on Lady Dragons website. Is it out officially yet? I believe that is what is going to happen worldwide. umm canada already has the charter of rights and freedoms which already guarantees equality to every citizen, as long as they are a citizen, Canada also does not use "executive orders".

Study some more because the charter of right and freedoms wasnt introduced until the early-mid 1980's
