Conservatives have been vindicated in their dire contention that Obamacare would ultimately lead to "death panels", whereby bureaucrats callously make decisions that lead to patient fatalities. New data has shown that they were right. The government's attempt to improve care by selectively penalizing hospitals actually led to higher mortality rates.
