  Important distinction here Gailene.

  The higher self is not a place.

  It is not above you.

  In this cae higher eepresent higher vibrationla frequency

  The higherself is a part of your cellular structure.

  Your DNA.

  In 3d we experience the biological apect of it.

  As you raise your vibrational frequency, you begin to activate the quantum elements of your DNA.

  Your consciousness.

  And therein lies the domain of your higher self.

  t is you. 

  Just the greatest part of you. 

  And there are many ways that the higher self can manifest into 3d

  artistic and musical flair.

  zest for life.

  A natural aptitude for healing.

  the compassion of Mother.

  It doesn't have to be voices or pictures in the head.

  your path will expose to yuo the gifts that your higher self has waiting for you.

  And they will be uniquely yours.

  the higher self is always guiding us.

  It is up to us to learn to recognize and take action on the signs that the higher self is always leaving for us.

  this is where fear resolution plays such a powerful role in co creation.

  In addressing the various fear vibrations you are no longer compelled to avoid them.

  They become the viable choice that was always there.

    Over time however, 

    After you've made repeated conscious incursions into your higher self.

    The veil separating you and it begins to dissolve,

    And you enter into permanent union with it.

    Where you need do nothing to access it.

    You become one with it.

    And if the connection is ever lost, you know that recconnection is only a heart beat away.

  Sounds like you're on the roller coaster.

  One day you're a rooster, 3 days later you're a feather duster.the rising energies attract you towards compassion

  Your fears try to hold you back.

  The madness/illness/tiredness is how you respond to the tug of war.

  The relief comes when the light overcomes your fear.

  Until next time.

  it is a process of elimination.

  So just chill and do your thing.

  Bumpy though it may seem at times.

  You're right on track.:)

    HI there Si.

    Glad to help.

    It is important we all hold hand and support each other through the seeming madness.

    It's so easy to have a melt down if you're doing it tough in the trenches and don't understand what's happening to you.

    we just need to share the love as we have it available.

    And be open to recognizing and receiving it at times when we don't.
