For past 3 days I have been trying a new diet that seems to be working well with me. No one has to follow this diet, its just something Im doing. Its clearing up my acne, bloating is gone, and I feel more awake now.
Breakfast - 4 hot cups of tea
Lunch - 1/2 bowl oatmeal and 2 hot cups of tea
Snack - cherry tomatoes or cucumber
Dinner - 1/2 bowl oatmeal, piece of fruit, and 4 hot cups of tea
The tea I drink:
valerian root tea
Herbal Tea mix of skullcap, valerian, passion flower, chamomile, catnip, and mint
I add natural sweetner made from stevia leaves to sweeten tea
I buy my tea from a place called Mrs Mangos
The oatmeal I eat:
I have plain oatmeal and add fruit like strawberries & natural sweetner made from stevia leaves
