We know of the illusional structure of duality and polarity.
And we know that truly all is one having unfold in the manyfold.
Living in duality does not mean overcoming it by declaring it unnecessary. The opposite is true - duality is necessary to keep the divine comedia going.
Therefore love and vulnerability are linked together like sun and rain - without sun there would be no clouds and no rain.
A talking about love in terms of healing only is nonsense.
Love is like a medicine healing, that is true, but it is also uncovering hidden inflamations and wounds in order to let them heal.
The medicine is both sweet and bitter.
Thus vulnerability is both condition for the flow of love and result for being focused on love.
Sometimes it is necséssary to hurt somebody in order to find your own way. You must hurt your clinging parents, your friend who refuses to understand, your partner who tries to take over control over you.
Such kind of hurts are like taking bitter pills of medicine letting an illness growing out instead of doctoring the pure symptoms.
Love is like a sharp knife cutting deep into the soul in order to accomplish the work of the divine.
And vulnerability is the softness of letting happen operations of the love being the deep essence of all that is and can be...

Hmmmm, T, you sure know how to get ones mind going. But shhhhht, I want to share my secret about Love. If someone I know reads this, im sure they will flip. But here is my understanding.
SO many ideas about what is love, how many of you have experienced "Love at first sight" with more than one person. Well I can admit, I experience it often. This also stresses me, as Im pondering that maybe I dont know love after all, what is it, do I feel it? Most humans, including me, equate Love with roles, such as sex, marriage, parenting and family. At first, teens or young adults experience a lot of sex, as most times it was that "Love at first sight" scenario, or the strange connection they might feel toward someone. A female teen for example, might fall pregnant, but its okay, because the 2 are madly in love, then 10yrs pass and all of a sudden they dont love each other, or they dont have anything in common, and they struggle to keep the family together to fit into the social norm of what means "family". Why? is this so.
Panic, what is to come of life, with this major confusion about Love. Or am I just different. So I started digging deeper yet again, such a Pisces habit. What I noticed, only when in a life threatening scenario with others that are not family or loved ones, I noticed my passion or feelings of protection and survival was felt for all those in my company, not just myself, i would give my life up there and then to save others, my kids or husband not even a thought at this time. After time I realized this feeling or action, for me its more an action, rather than an attraction, came from the same place when dealing with my hubby and kids. OMG, how can this be, how can I love my family the same way as I would strangers, I thought I was becoming mentally unstable, like my mom (or was she), I mean really, what will the world think. To me this was when I understood that Love is toooo powerful to grasp in the physical without the spiritual.
I learned about karmic connections, and why we sometimes feel this connection "love at first sight", its our higher selves recognizing another higher self, either from a past life, or a lesson that was put there by yourself for yourself. As humans in a modern world, we see these butterflies in our tummies as physical love, rather than a spiritual connection, so we act according to how physical nature has taught us, instead of knowing what are the signs when our higher selves are communicating with us, such as butterflies in our tummy. So in essence, something is seriously wrong with human life as we know it, seriously.
I know there are a few young-ens cursing saying I do not know true love as they do, they are probably saying "I cant breathe without him/her, they are my life" Well in the reality of things, that is not love, love is not 2 people so wrapped up with each other, they fail to succeed individually, or when one does, the other is jealous. This is not love, and again, the older ones are probably saying "cheeky young girl, knows nothing", well, a 50 year old marriage is not built on the foundations of love, when a housewife has sacrificed her career, hobbies, experiences and life in support of her husband and their children for the betterment of social conditioning. Only one person has sacrificed in this scenario, how can it be founded on love. Im not trying to get everyone to run off to the divorce department, Im just saying that those scenarios can not be made of love, un-less it is their purpose.
So what is love then, is it being. When was the moment that the creator would have experienced this in his creation, it must have been the at the point of being, that feeling of love was felt, ever notice how people pass each other in constant rush of life never noting what is around them, or each others presence, yet in a moment of loss of a being or life there sometimes is a sadness whether familiar with the entity or not, it might be watching the death in Syria, how it saddens us so, the little ones dying. Everyone seems to be locked in an emotion or gaze when they here of loss of any kind, its a loss of "Being" really that saddens us, as the entity, we might have not known. So its in this concept I now understand the reason for compassion and respect, its because if all is born forth from the creator, all has its right, in being, "loved".
Lets practice that even with our neighbors, do you know the little kid next door, and if he or she is happy, lets be saddened and compassionately involved when seeing our neighbors and family on search for love and happiness, even the old man across the road, who shouts at the boys on their toys, its because he's home alone and all he can hear is the chuckles and screeching of adolescent kids. Thats Love I think. OMW, just realised ive babbled on quite a bit.

Thank you T, for recognizing my heart. Its still not easy. For this is how I feel in my entire being, but does not necessarily mean, its the same for my family around me, as they are learning and experiencing their own ways. This is most painful for me, knowing what I know and feel in truth is so wonderful, yet seems lost to those around me, it is so heart breaking, wanting to change their every move to the correct one and I cant.
Thank you again for allowing me to express my true self. Got those butterflies in my tummy again.

Honestly, I don`t know why the term "5D" is used.
Let me explain.
I come from the field of ontology and have written lots of stuff.
One of the things I have pondered for many years is the question for God as Source of Being.
The thing is that our imagination can`t work in this field, we have only intuition here, which is fairly amazing. The reason is simple - we are 3D beings trapped in space and time. That means, we can not speak properly beyond. We can only speak from the matrix of "being", not "be-ness".
And it is not possible to speak of "beyond-being". This means we are trapped.
From there I have difficulties using the term "5D". Why not 11D? Again: we can`t simply flee from our being trapped in 3D (or like many say with time 4D)...
Also why do channellers claim we are going to skip a level? 4D is next no?
Yes and no to this.
Its about choice. We can choose only sweet pills. Its no need for
bitter pills. If we have 4 or 5-D consciousness we choose not
to take the bitter pill. Then we have stepped out of duality.
The moment is NOW, and we choose everything in the now..
Its no need for suffering!
