I agree with the view that there are some things in this life, and someplace else, which are impossible.
There must be at least some things, which are practically impossible, some things, which are absolutely impossible, and some things, which are simply impossible.
There must also be some things, which are universally impossible.
I understand somewhat the meaning of the phrase ´nothing is impossible´.
But so do I also understand, why nothing lasts forever.
If nothing lasts forever, my soul then must not last forever.
If my soul does not last forever, then the essence of my personality does not last forever.
If the soul can last forever, then it cannot undo itself.
If my soul does not last forever, and the essence of my personality does not last forever, and the soul can last forever, and it cannot undo itself, we run into an oxymoron.
Of that, there is absolutely no doupt.
It must hold true, that since there are some things which are possible, and some things which are impossible, it must be so that there is something that is possible.
If everything, therefore, is permitted, and everything accordingly is possible, nothing remains impermissable.
This in itself is also an oxymoron.
So, here we find ourselves thus in an interesting dilemma - the philosophical and spiritual dilemma in terms of attempting to prove to ourselves, the possibility, and impossibility, of some things.
For example, we know with absolute vertainty that Ben Arion and Apis, are not the same individual and that A and B could never be the same thing at exactly the same thing.
It holds thus somewhat clear to me that there are some things which are possibe, and some things which are not possible.
And that to me proves, that it is not true that nothing is impossible.
But if nothing is impossible - where does that put the concept of nothing itself?
