I did suggest to Apple a long time ago when the boss was Steve Jobs but somehow my suggestion did not go through.
An alarm built in the Mobile Phones, Laptops and Computers would be very useful.
The alarm should be very loud when you are outside and loud when you are inside so having volume control.
If you are outside say late night and someone tries to mug you or tries to snatch the phone from you then you can activate the alarm.
Safety built in alarms should sound a loud alarm when activated, alerting those in the area manually activated by the user e pushing a button and for laptops and computer having sensor as well so if someone touches it while you gone for a second drink it can be activated.
My friend walking home late evening had her newish mobile phone snatched by bikers and she was very upset and sad.
Similarly if you are inside say a coffee shop you can switch on alarm on your laptop or computer but at medium volume so when you leave you computer to get another drink you can activate it to sensor touch alarm.

But my suggestion is to have these alarms built in mobile phones, laptops and computers as these are the gadgets you use daily so the alarm is with you not seperate so you don't forget it home.
I hope in the near future the big companies like Apple, Samsung and Nokia have built in safety alarms in their mobile phones, laptops and computers.
