Hmmm interesting but there is something to consider in that the earth humans are so vastly different... one wouldn't go to China and say certain things that one would say to a westerner and vice versa, because of our cultural differences... disclosure, I thought, would be based specifically upon the culture and country it is revealed in.
I've always imagined that it would be telepathic, in that the higher self would communicate one on one and thus "break the news"... but who knows for sure, its a good idea to think about. Thanks Ravinder, you've really been knocking them out of the park lately :)

Hi James, in some way i agree with you, however personally i have limitations when it comes to english (not enough vocabulary and just in general) so yes when i see what i would say in russian but in english i 'borrow' the words which attached to the person who wrote them, i wish i could be a writer, but i am not, however in this world is nothing new, cause everybody 'borrowing' , as there is so much words that could be used. phwwee .... it took me 10 min to wrote this ... :)
