Everyone experiences the stresses of everyday life and it effects us mentally and physically. Mentally we become angry with ourselves for not understanding how to overcome a bad situation and we tend to panic fearful of not knowing what to do. For example, you just been laid off and need a new job this would make anyone stressed, angry, and fearful. It helps to focus on one thing at a time to fix the problem and not get too overwhelmed. Becoming homeless is the worst scenario for anyone but, there are programs for homeless in every state to help re-educate, provide job placement and government housing, and provide food. Another example, your going through a divorce or having troubles in a current marriage or relationship. It helps to first talk to your partner to find out whats causing the tension and if its related to a spouse being abusive, having a mental related disorder, or addicted to drugs or alcohol see a relationship counselor. Sometimes ending the relationship is the best thing for you if the partner is affecting you in a negative way. The last example I will give is the life of single young mothers, society views them as weak but I will tell you that I as a young mother am going to college full time and living on my own. I am making it happen and there are many other single young moms out there making it happen too. There are programs like WIC, DCF, and free child care that help out single young moms and allow them to go back to school. Dont ever think having kids stops you from living your dream, you can still accomplish anything if you put your mind to it.

Well I've found the easiest way for me to release anger and fear and negativity in general..is just not to take things so seriously lol I mean if someone gives you a hard time, take it lightly...it's not your problem, you don't have to make it your problem. Forgive and forget about it.
And I've learned too that pain or fear or anything like that, only comes when we are in resistance of something. Even like physical pain...like when you bash your foot, and you feel pain....if you resist the pain and say ahh no I'm in pain...I don't like this....then the pain drags on lol But if you just say...oh, look at this...I'm feeling pain lol And you kind of observe it...and accept that it's there....it starts going away.
Life really is our perception...we are masters of our lives, creators of our experienced reality. It really is true. You can be homeless and or whatever, or have everyone treating you like dirt....and still be happy. It's possible, it really is. It's all about mastering that inner state...of keeping positive and happy. And it's not as difficult as it seems.
