Chiron is strongly related to areas "extraterrestrial" and "other worldly."  This was demonstrated with Carl Sagan's horoscope in Part 1 of this series.  Sagan was born with Chiron equal to the star of Aldebaran ("Archangel Michael;" "Watcher of The East") and this placement also equals the Aries / Sun Midpoint "impact upon the world by the individual or the entity."

Roswell Today:

The report of the aliens discovered at 4 AM on July 5, 1947 in Corona, New Mexico (outside Roswell) is still a story that will not go away.  But it is still occasionally discussed in small quarters and small saloons in the White Oaks area near Corona (where the craft reportedly crashed). Interviews there reflected what I heard from many other sources in New Mexico (and who were also very nervous talking to me): there were reportedly aliens seen lying next to a crashed space craft with metallic debris all over the place.  

This was in contrast to the many proponents of "sound scientific principles" found in the Roswell and Holloman AFB areas who magically pop up when an outsider interested in analyzing extraterrestrial phenomena of the area talks to people in the town.  These highly-scientific minded individuals seemed to all have two things in common. They are: (a) retired and overweight U.S. government workers seeking donations for activities involving "re-educating" the public about the Roswell alien "nonsense"  and (b) teachers involved in science and have memberships with "scientific groups and associations" in New Mexico.  

Note that one of these organizations (who I unfortunately became involved with via a hot debate over the Roswell incident) also claimed per "government science" that World Trade Center Towers #1 and #2 fell into their shadow via a "pancaking collapsing" of the weight of the floors of the building  (and also note that this "pancaking" fall (with resistance) was actually clocked at a free-fall speed equaling the speed of gravity, which means there could be no resistance present, and which also means "pancaking" didn't take place).

Another newsreel: Midnight on Friday, July 4, 1947, near Roswell, New Mexico. During a thunderstorm, a rancher named Mac Brazel hears an explosion. The next morning, he discovers an enormous debris field in his pastures, so thick he has to route his sheep around it to drive them to water. The debris is odd: plastic-like beams, wire, scraps of a metal light enough to flutter in the breeze, but impervious to hammer blows and flame. Some foil-like pieces, when bent or twisted, reassume their original shapes without a mark.

The next day, Brazel reports his discovery to the sheriff, who contacts Roswell Army Air Field, headquarters for the 509th Bomb Group. Major Jesse Marcel, an air intelligence officer, visits Brazel's field to investigate. He quickly concludes that the material is literally unearthly. On Tuesday, July 8, the air base releases a story to the AP newswire that begins: "The Army Air Forces here today announced a flying disc had been found." All hell breaks loose.

Just what happened next will always remain murky. The air base is sealed off, and military police close some roads. The FBI squelches a radio station's report. Every scrap of the mysterious wreckage is removed. Roswell receives a series of visitors from Washington and other military installations, and some very unfriendly statements are made to the sheriff and other locals, encouraging them to forget various things they've seen and heard. Mac Brazel spends over a week in military custody. After his release, he doesn't say anything to anyone for a long time. And a little more than 24 hours after the first news report, the world learns that the so-called saucer was only a weather balloon. The nation has a good laugh at Jesse Marcel's expense. Marcel, a good soldier, keeps his mouth shut until near the end of his life. Roswell drops out of the news for 30 years but not forever.

Note that the placement of Chiron ("extraterrestrial involvement; technology / application that is advanced and "other worldly") bisects the midpoint for "the president" ( Sun / Kronos) and the midpoint for  "people or a family of an `other worldly' description" (Moon / Chiron).

Interpretation of Roswell's Chiron:

" Extraterrestrial involvement or something `other worldly' in nature was the the subject of concern of the president and a group of people (or a family) that were `other worldly' or involved in something extraterrestrial in nature."

Below is Roswell's Mercury / Chiron, which I define as "extraterrestrial communications" (or "communications concerning extraterrestrial involvement, telepathy; or some involvement with 'other worldly' areas (especially technology related)").

Mercury / Chiron equals Hades / Chiron.  I define this combination as "communications concerning ET technology (Mercury / Chiron)" is equal to "silencing of or imprisonment of advanced 'other worldly' technology (Hades / Chiron)."

Pluto / Admetos is "radical change," and Jupiter / Poseidon is "intelligence or wisdom obtained."

Interpretation of Mercury / Chiron:

"extraterrestrial communications (or communications about something 'other worldly' in nature) were silenced or imprisoned, and wisdom and intelligence would undergo a radical change."

The Roswell Uranus / Chiron placement (below) strongly represents "extraterrestrial or advanced technology" in this case.  This is because Uranus / Chiron equals Saturn / Apollon, and Saturn / Apollon is defined with "separation of many" (and there was reportedly a lot of the space craft pieces spread all over the place) as well as "restriction of long-distance influence."

Ascendant / Poseidon is a spiritual or propaganda type of environment, and Mars / Zeus is the formula for firearms and the people who carry them for a living.

Interpretation of Uranus / Chiron:

"advanced technology that may be 'other worldly' was separated into pieces and restricted in an atmosphere with many police and/or military.  The environment featured much propaganda and possible spiritual insight."

As was the case with Carl Sagan's chart, the extraterrestrial definitions of Chiron (and also Mercury / Chiron and Uranus / Chiron) are something new and important to consider in chart analysis.  This is especially true if an individual wants additional evidence or knowledge thay may help in determining if one may have had extraterrestrial involvement, or if an individual questions about possibly being abducted.

Part 3 of 3 will look at three horoscopes of UFO abductees, and the evidence of Chiron having involvement due to it's extraterrestrial definitions.
