Remembering your past life experience is a fascinating experience. It’s also a potent therapeutic action that can bring about valuable insights and in turn a powerful improvement in this life you experience now.
Past life recollection is seen in some circles as controversial. The mainstream religions that predominate in our culture eschew our right to remember. Secular lore blindly denies any notion of spirituality, let alone the idea of past lives and reincarnation, as being far too fantastic for any intelligent person to perceive.
In spite of these common antipathies there are many people who believe that reincarnation is real. Indeed there are many more people upon the planet that believe in reincarnation than do not. If belief was democratic the reality of past and future lives would win by a landslide!
Past life recollection can provide an invaluable insight into whom a person is now and who it is they may become. We readily accept we’re each as we are as a result of the experiences we’ve lived through and learned from. Remembering your past life adds a larger layer of explanation to your conception of who you’ve become.
When you see yourself as having a vastly larger history than this life contains your vision of your life is enlarged. Past life recollection helps you live less judgmentally both of yourself and indeed about others. When you remember you’ve lived in many cultures, and both genders, your ability to respect and to empathise is enhanced.
Accepting the existence of past lives and in turn the logical probability of future lives diminishes the cloying existential anxiety that oppresses many souls. Instead of worrying about the minutia of your everyday challenges you can see your current issues from a much larger perspective and accordingly function better in the present since you’ll live with broader understanding.
Learning is the ultimate experience since it makes you what you are, yet all too often we try to side step past the lessons of life only to find they’re offered all over again in a different yet similar guise.
Past life recollection is a good way to see and so learn your soul’s deepest lessons. It’s an action I highly recommend.
:) :) :)
i do it via hypnotherapy/trance...and spontaneous awareness ...and meditation..
i also find theyre invaluable in a counselling theraputic context...its good to fel the feelings so long past revealed and discharged so reclaiming the pained shard of the soul that detachd at moments of extreme pain and misunderstanding in lives past ...the initial sensitising experience tht people always try to relive.!
it also helps explain our relationships. our conduct and the conduct of people we are in relationship with
its a personal history/storying that makes and means lifes deeper
my past life recollections have become my mindful identity
how have they effected you ?
enjoy
