I realize i have a history of back injury, but for the most part it is tolerable or not even noticed, but recently i pull something in my lower back and it has really grounded me and switched my views upside down nearly.
It's led me to put my focus on my core, healing of the belly first, the rest of the body comes from there. All health comes from the gut theory.
I can't move about as swiftly as usual so I'm really taking things in from a different angle. Yesterday at work where I usually fly around doing task after task, I sat around more and just talked with my co-worker. Hurts to get up, hurts to move, might as well engage more fully in conversation.
This is a time where I feel I need grounding work more than ever, especially with all the high energy. I have businesses that I am starting up and laying foundations for. there is a lot of groundwork for me to do right now and I think this is a very physical reaction to that.
I had a vision of my body being like the earth and I must fertilize and take care of the soil so that my plants and animals may grow.
The soil being my body's core, my gut and lower chakras.

Well I think the core is most important, it's where the heart chakra is, and where the lower and higher chakras meet. Me too I've been having a trek into my lower chakras these days, which is around the hips, the gut, etc. It's good for grounding, but sometimes you can be too grounded lol And be too much into the physical world, and lose connection to your higher chakras, to higher awareness and higher states of being. But being too caught in the higher chakras isn't good either, or else you become ungrounded and not real. That's why being heart centered is important, it's the bridge between the higher and lower....it brings them both together and it's really where true reality is.
