As the Earth aligned with the galactic sun, we have entered the era of the golden age where ascension becomes easier and takes less lifetimes to complete.  In the past ascended masters who ascended had to leave their bodies to ascend.  This is the first time in 26,0000 years where ascended masters chose to incarnate so that they can take their bodies with them in their ascension.  This enables the ascended master ( person in divine service to the divine plan, who has passed the initiations) to straddle dimensions.  He or she can live in a higher dimension and in the 3rd dimension and be aware of his o her multi-dimensional selves.

This is the first time in 26,000 year that the veils have been this thin that the master had this type of awareness and ability to ascend with the body.  In this new era of Light and the Golden age, the veils become thinner.  It is possible for us to ascend for example, in 8 lifetimes compared to having incarnating over 1 million times before one would reach this level.  Reaching this level of ascension is happening faster on the planet compared to previous years.  It may not happen for all of us in this lifetime, but if we continue to cultivate positive karma and virtues...it could happen in the next several lifetimes.....and for many, yes, it will happen in this lifetime, but don't give up if it doesn't happen. in this lifetime...know that this goal can be reached quicker and in less lifetimes since the planet just entered into the realm that is the beginning of the Golden Age.  Even though many of us will not ascend with our bodies in this lifetime, we came here as lightworkers to help in the planetary ascension of the Earth into this Golden Age and bring forth our skills to teach the planet and humanity how to live in harmony.

 Important thing to remember is to ask yourself some deep questions.  Why do you want to ascend?  To escape this reality?  To master this reality?  To be of service?  To unite with your God self?  If we want to ascend to escape this reality, that will not work.  We have to master this reality before we can ascend.  This is indeed a dense and challenging planet with a tremendous amount of suffering and it is easy to want to escape being here....but the escaping it will not bring us into ascension...  We have to become masters and transmute suffering by meeting our suffering and others' suffering with divine love and compassion.

Tonglen Practice to trasmute suffering of ourselves and others:

Breath in through the in-breath the pain you are feeling or the pain of another....on the out-breath, breath out love, liberation, and compassion to meet the pain.  There are many books and articles of how to use this practice in our lives.  It's a mediation practice that helps us to transmute suffering.  Transcending suffering is one of the initiations for a full body ascension.
