My child, why don't you play anymore like in your childhood? There is nothing wrong to play as an adult too. In playing, when you totally immerse in it, you are in the Being. Then you are completely in the presence.
Without past. Without future. In these moments you leave illusion and time. Do you remember that as a child you were quite sunk in playing and have forgotten all around yourself? It have been gorgeous moments, isn't it true?
Then you have been completely in the NOW. Playing helps you leaving the illusion. But you should care though what games these are. Rough and violent games that are only for winning in all possible ways you should avoid.
There is nothing to say against games that support a commonness or that stimulates your mind to fly high. Today you have a great variety in beautiful games, also your computer provides a lot, so become again like a child with joy in play and fun.
Your life is meant to give you joy and fun, my child, but not at the expense of other beings. ~
