There are many reasons to love our oceans, they are such a glorious, beautiful part of Gaia and we are blessed to have such a water rich planet... I would like to take this time to appreciate our water brethren, the whales, dolphins and all the other myriad creatures and beings who inhabit our oceans and perform their alchemy on the water so that we may ascend with Gaia.
If you could spend a few minutes here watching them and thinking of them, sending your Love and Light to them, it would help them immeasurably in their duties. They are sentient and intelligent. They are joyful and loving. They are deserving of our respect and honor as the guardians of the water.
Enjoy!
AND THANKS FOR ALL THE FISH!!!! *snicker*

With deep respect for the Cetaceans from Sirius.
Shame on Norway and Japan for hunting them down.
The whale-song/humming video was great. The pink-one and bubble-one is funny.
One race who hide itself from us is Mermaid.. But they are there, swimming around and can breath above and under water.
Great post 1HappyKely..
Rune..
I wonder how many folks around this site still eat ocean, lake, river life ~?~
So far anyone saying I support this but I still have some water beings for food is a hipocrite.....................
Fish and birds (fowl) have volunteered their life force to feed the others, fish eat other fish, we eat fish... but to eat an intelligent being like a whale or to kill it for their oil or body is heinous... AND don't get me started on elephants. We human's think we are the most intelligent species on this earth and are allowed to eat and kill what ever we like because we cannot "feel" their suffering, once we become fully empathic we won't be able to eat other beings because we would taste, feel and karmically reap their suffering.
@1happykelly~.......animal sacrifice for human consumption is very old argument which I have heard since 1980,s. It is a very weak argument, disrespecting life upon this life vessel we call GAIA. Yes , it is true that many souls volunteer for this mission but you better have good argument supporting billions of souls volunteering for mass genocide. Not just 1,000's or millions- it is in billions today.............That argument no longer hold water ; how do you know it is true, can you prove it.I don't buy souls volunteering for concentration camp to experience total pain and misery nor being hunted out of their flight by a hunter with a weapon much faster than their ability..................................
Drome here just consumed a raw herring.
Eventually I will stop with consuming seafood, since a few months I totally quit with consuming meat and I feel good with that. Only so now and then ~once a week~ I eat fish. You may call me a hippocrite because I support HK her advice.
Drome :)
Marine biologists are turning to citizen scientists, sitting at home in front of their computers, to help unlock the secrets of whale songs.
In Pixar's aquatic adventure Finding Nemo, Dory, voiced by Ellen DeGeneres, attempts to communicate with a whale to find the missing title character. She speaks in a loud, slow drawl to the whale, but when that fails, she says, "Maybe a different dialect."
