  The biblical meaning for a goat is "leader of the flock", "Chief ones of the earth" also a goat is superior in strength to a sheep.

  "There will be six from the grave"
  Could mean six ascended Masters who lived and died on earth, Esu Jmmanuel, Buddha, Mohammad etc..will return to earth.

  They have been given a task or mission

   

  "To seek, to find and to measure"

  To seek the believers, to find the faithful and to measure their devotion

  They will name the end of the cycle or the end of the path back to source etc.. don't quite know here....
