Pre-Event Developments
Irrationally, the Illuminazi faction of the Cabal has triggered a partial government shutdown in the United States, hoping to prepare ground for martial law later down the road. Needless to say, their plans will NOT be allowed to succeed and their actions have only resulted in an important wave of mass awakening instead.
It will be interesting to see what happens with that situation on October 17th when the US government runs out of money to pay its bills. The lunar eclipse on October 18th is the entry point into a new Window of Opportunity with an increased probability of the Event as we head into a solar magnetic field reversal later this year.
Finally we are experiencing mass awakening in the United States, which is a crucial prerequisite for the Event:

It has been communicated from the Resistance Movement and the Positive Military that they will NOT trigger the Event between October 11th and October 13th this year.

It all just seems like a vicious circle...
Yeah, but I also try to see the bigger picture of everything. That creation always has been perfect in order for the infinite creator source God to experience itself. But the way I feel, is that I am drawn towards the unconditional love that makes up everything in existence and want to hold that vibration and feel that connection. I still love those reptiles and hoping that they someday could co-exist and find out their connection to everything in existence and not trying to win over the energy that has created them in the first place by cutting themselves off.
There must be an end to that repeating cycle sometime, or is it going to repeat itself until creator experiences a certain experience derived from it? I don't know, I just feel love and empathy for everything in existence, doing my best to allow the divine flow through me and around me.
I had an Australian Bearded Dragon one time. He was sweet, and I loved him very much. I miss him. He lived only 10 years or so. That's supposed to be a long time in lizard years. The pet store guy said they never really like people, but the Australian is more tolerant than others. I'm thankful for my little guy being tolerant of me. I really enjoyed him being in my life.

YOU ARE CORRECT. Once a lizard, always a lizard. And they don't know how to change their game-plan. This is why the lizards have four scandals going on at the same time (Benghazi, Fast & Furious, Boston Marathon Bombing, Navy Yard Shooting).
Imagine me saying this: DON'T DO ANYTHING VIOLENT. THESE LIZARDS HAVE 10x WHAT YOU HAVE UNDER YOUR BED OR LOCKED NEAR YOUR BEDSIDE. The lizards want an angry U.S. population to do something violent because they are panicking with all these scandals blowing up in their faces, and need something to justify martial law. It may be a matter of time before the United States goes the way of the old Soviet Union, with the lizards and their portfolios escaping to hide in London's financial district (among the many lizard statues that they have there). We are winning.

IMO, good "snips" should happen just as fast as the bad ones. It's not really right that death (instant freezing for example) can be an instant...many very bad things happen in an instant. Should be more very good things to happen in an instant. This 3D is very limiting in that aspect. If evil can instantly do their job, we need good to do an instantaneous from time to time.
Many good things do happen in an instant, but i'm more or less talking about huge events, so mass people can witness. Mass people have witnessed mass evil in an instant, so it is only fair that we can all experience a mass miracle in an instant.
To me that is the reason for restlessness and lack of patience, because of that fact. People see so much of instant mass evil, that they/we long for an instant miracle. 3D living does have it's draw backs. But, no one said 3D was fair. ;)
Nothing happens in a snip... everything that happen comes from a series of consequences,
In reality, even the most insignificant ones needed years in order to happen, the most "complex" (althought for what us is complex, it's nothing for the whole universe) may take centuries, technically everything that happens do so because what happened since the "begining of time", think about it any event, any person existance, it's real only because a series of events happened in the right time and place.
And so if a change comes from ISON, it won't be because a comet pass by, it MAYYY be and aid for that event to manifest, but it's primarly because of what has happened in the previous years and centuries.
So Solarkid, you don't think then that all that's been happening in the past 2000 odd years doesn't have a snip event?? Is it not said that things will happen in the twinkling of an eye?? even quicker than a snip I think! Dinosaurs vanished in a 'snip', mammoths and other animals have been found 'flash-frozen'..they still had undigested food in their stomachs, that can only happen in a 'snip' or a twinkling of an eye.
A pot of cold water won't boil as soon as it's put on the heat, but if it's been sitting there a while as we have in this cycle, you'll see that it will start boiling rather quickly if the heat is turned up, and that's kinda where we are at this moment cos of the ending of another cycle....

What I think is that the snip event may not have had the same effect if the original event that the snip event acted upon was different.
That may be confusing...
Let's use numbers :P, let's give the current situation a value of = 5 and the snip event = 2 and say your desired situation is = 7
So if the snip event happens and it adds to the current situation it would be 7 right?
But why the current situation is 5 and not 8 or 3?
Because a series of other events (some not so "snip" that take some time, like the pot of water) added to it, in a way it ended up being 5.
So the event needs to be exactly (well there isn't anything exactly perfect) 2 in order to result in the desired 7.
AND The more snippier (that's how you say it? :P) the situation happens the better! why? because there are million of other situations that can add or substract to the main 5, and so, the snippier the situation, the more probabilities it has to don't be altered in a way that when the snip event (2) adds to it, it become the desired situation "7".
Yet the snip event occured as an effect of some series of other causes, so even if the snip event itself is snip, the causes that made it possible may not be.
(In the case of the dinosaurs if you are reffering to a meteorite that hit the earth, that meteorite have travelled YEARS before it snippily killed all the dinosaurs ='[ )
Or the other way around too... something that may be not so snip as boiling a pot of water is achieved by a series of very snip events (continuous combustions of gas and oxygen which makes fire) that happen in a prolonged manner
I guess the real problem here is that we know the desired outcome (7), and we know the current situation (5), but do we really know what is the snip (or not so snip) event that we need?
It ain't that easy as saying "desired outcome(7) - current situation(5) = needed snip event(2)"
Or is it?
No idea, I made this analogy on the go, to explain my point, I doubt it could be used as an abstraction to solve the problem, mainly because it's too "literal" and doesn't take in account many other factors...
