You have come a long way.
All you did.
And all of us wear glasses to look through:
prejudices, preferences, habits, costumes, stupidities.
Some are like sun glasses protecting us from bright light.
Some are like cool glasses making us look like John Travolta.
And some are like amplification glasses giving exaggerated views.
(I, btw, invented glasses to view people naked - but they only work actually in a sauna (little joke at the edge)).
What if you dare - once in a while - to put your glasses off?
You would see the world around you and also yourself in the raw.
You really would have to deal with this:
# the irrationality of human societies
# the irrationalities of human love affairs
# the unpredictability of any open end processes
# the silliness of any short term intervention
# the power of stupidity
# the nonsense of any divine threat
# the goodness of forgetting
# the might of ignorance
# the meaninglessness of any human importance
# the beauty of simplicity.
Keep going with your glasses.
It proves only the validity of something you do not see.
And what is changing in case you see?
You either get frustrated and start to shut up.
Or you get frustrated and start looking for answers.
The way of awakening is not a way of simply getting blessed.
It is rather a process of putting glasses off making an inventory.
And you will discover besides unspectacular verities a strange insight:
you live with more questions than answers while there is nothing you really have but emptiness.
Emptiness - this is the real state of your being.
You can not really fill it with something.
You can only make it beautiful.
In the face of so many nonsense, stupidity and irrationalities there is only one expression even appearing twisted and broken: love...
