Question about opening our 'Sera Line' ???

Hello,
I recently met someone who told me briefly about how we have the potential to open our 'Sera Line'... or something that sounds like that. I want to explore infroamtion on this but I'm not sure what the right name is, Sara Line? Sira Line? Something that we activate, like kundalini. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or what the correct term is?
