This has been going on for a long time.
Lots of restaurants claim fresh food cooked daily on their website or on their leaflets...cheating customers
People come into a restaurant expecting fresh food and pay for fresh food but little do they know that some of the food may be yesterdays and in some cases even one, two and three days old .
Most Indians sprinkle corrionder on top to make it look like it's fresh cooked today.
Most cases the food is cooked and put in steel containers and in the oven or at the counter heated area and then served throughout the day ..then at the end of the day most of the food is put in the large fridges overnight and then reheated and served the next day and in some case mixed with today cooked food so the food is not really fresh although edible but not fresh fresh.
TELL ME CLEARLY IF FOOD ON THE COUNTER IS MAKED YESTERDAYS OR TWO AND IN SOME CASES THREE DAYS OLD WOULD YOU BUY IT ??? WOULD YOU BUY IT ??? ...obviously NO NO NO
SO THE CONCLUSION IS CUSTOMERS ARE CHEATED AS THE BUY THE FOOD THINKING ITS FRESHLY COOKED.
AYURVEDA CLEARLY STATES FOOD COOKED FRESH MUST BE EATEN STRAIGHTAWAY FOR MAXIMUM BENEFIT ...BUT ALSO WITHIN THREE HOURS MAXIMUM OR AFTER THREE HOURS THE FOOD LOOSES 50% OF ITS NUTRIENTS AND 50 % OF ITS TASTE.
These restaurants must be reported to the food and hygiene inspectors who will take the appropriate actions.
The food and hygiene Inspectors will check and in most cases come again and again.
