Stabilizing Self Foundations
Very often we struggle with a how-to attitude in moving towards a spiritual life and I say this is normal, but how about if we struggle positively instead of contrarily? Contrary struggle with faith means that we empower distractions by factoring them into the equation of our perceptions and conceptions. We incorporate them into our lives for whatever reason. Positive struggle requires us to learn from our experiences in acceptance and positively move forward in faith. There must be a foundation to rest our faith on. That foundation is another triad of discipline. Forgiveness, Acceptance, and Letting Go.
