Transmutation
Transmutation is important as it allows us to take a Dark feeling and picture a Light feeling being enacted upon. It takes discipline to imagine a positive situation while a contrary one is occurring.
( e.g. Hatred may be transmuted to a level of positive acceptance by focusing on the word admire. )
1. Think of a key Positive word.
2. Apply the word to each individual involved in the contrary, or perceived contrary occurrence.
