Sanctuary (Introspection) is affected by Reception (how we listen or feel) Our internal truth or state of being.

Transition (Change) is influenced by Perception (how we interpret) our internal truth or state of being with our Higher Power as a Filter.

Exposure (True External Representation) Is influenced by Conception (What we create in our true actions or self-representations).

These enacted upon with focus and intention begins to shift us to the higher realm of clarity. This realm is where one truly begins to naturally understand and enact upon the values of Discipline, Stability and Consistency. Later on you will come to understand that life is a cyclic whirlpool, as everything is, that is contained in cubes of continuum principles. Do not let that throw you off, it comes up in Seminar IV. For now try and understand the principles of flow and apply them to your life.
