Flow cont'd...
I find it interesting when a person states they are creatively blocked or cannot imagine certain things. The fact is they are distracted or guarded. The same way we can lets say, watch something that makes us uneasy by picturing something else is the same way people get distracted from creative flow. Their mind is not seeing what is in front of them so to speak. When someone says can you imagine giving birth? I safely can say "yes", but who is to say my imagination is remotely close to the sensation. In fact it is personal or subjective when we use our imagination so whether or not I am imagining the exact sensations is irrelevant. What matters is that I try and imagine if I desire to. The experience will promote objectivity. So we learn that the imagination can also help release fears or prejudices or severe judgement, by us imagining to put ourselves in the others place. The more you do this the easier to accept "ALL" is. Your objectivity promotes understanding which promotes acceptance.
