"I have chosen my crew for this mission for very PERFECT reasons. You each volunteered to participate at this time - some, for very specific roles, and others on an "as needed" basis. Some of you have been (or will be) filling-in for ones who fail to respond to the call. In that event, you will find that you will be given to remember past abilities and talents. If need be, I shall carry you until such time as you can walk on your own.
The path that you have chosen is one of service unto your brethren. This is a most difficult challenge for the majority of the physically oriented crew. There are great EXTERNAL pressures pulling on you - pressures to prove your physical worth to family, neighbors, and friends. Your opponent is a master at exploiting any and all insecurities. If you allow, even for a moment, your shielding to drop (frequency to lower), the adversary will attack in a manner consistent with that of a trapped animal.
When you catch yourself feeling angry or short tempered with one another, please take a moment to breathe in and be thankful for the breath that brings you life. In the moment of TRUE heart-felt appreciation for those things that are seemingly small and subtle, you will not be able to maintain your anger with another Lighted soul, and the resultant upward frequency shift will cause the departure of the dark energy trying to cause division among you." - Aton
