  I understand and appreciate what you are saying, Meg. However, when one has so much suppressed emotion because expressing any kind of emotion whatsoever has been condemned, one feels sometimes that they are going to explode. And, as you know, I am using the Violet Consuming Flame, but, it doesn't heal overnight. And, like so many I know, I am my own worst critic.....another wonderful habit I "cut my teeth" on. LOL Some of us weren't "raised" by our parents.....we were "yanked up". LOL

  Great post, Lightworker. "In your society it is looked upon as a weakness for men to show emotion or emotional release. This causes a great unbalance within, especially for the more advanced shouls who return as the Guides and Wayshowers."
  Isn't this the absolute Truth. I despise that teaching that it is "unmanly" to show emotion of any kind. I Love to see a grown man cry. :))))
  
  "It is not natural to hold back the emotional pressures of pain, grief or sadness. Do you ones suppress joy when you feel it?" And is this not an excellent, most logical, common sensical approach? I am paying the price for many years of suppressed emotions, and when that anger begins to be felt in the body and starts to express.....it isn't fun. But, I've reached the point that I REFUSE to suppress anything I am feeling.....whether it be joy, Love, anger, grief....they're all going to find expression through me. I want to be free, free, free. to be me.

    Littlefeather, we are all off balance (from time to time) in this "reality" and, personally, I try to remind myself as often as I can that we're fragments of God having an human experience. Past guilt and future fear is not of God. It puts a lid on our potential. Joy is bliss.
    
    If someone walks through life with their feelings "outside" their body, they will appear more "transparent" than others and it may be a reason for that (on a higher perspective). At the same time we must know that most (if not all) people are programmed (to react and act in specific ways) from birth. If people wouldn't feed the beast (with their time, money, trust and ignorance) we would not have this "prison" and we would all be free from our adversary who are forcing us away from Light/Truth/Love/God.
    
    There is a lot written/said about human feelings and how to work with them. Teachings on how to "get along" with our physical part - called Ego - are given by many good etheric and physical teachers. I am sure most Ground Crew members are familiar with many of them.
    
    Nice to hear, Littlefeather, that you desire to be free. I take it that you want to free yourself from all evil (unbalance) and left will be only Love/Light. If you "know thine enemy" and you "know thine Creator", you will KNOW the way... and you can then show others the way. The world are in desperate need of good leaders (in Wisdom). Bless you.
