The exercise;
In a lying position stimulate your sex drive mentally and when the sensation occurs mentally have it move to the base of your spine-don't force too much and do it gradually-you'll feel a throbbing at the spine and eventually a slow 'trickling' sensation and your third eye will 'Light Up' be careful-too much can burn your brain if your not ready

Hi! My Kundalini started working on the night when my soul's light nearly died.
I had a fizz tingling on the top of my head and it spread through down my body.
It works as a healing energy and it moves me from my spine in a very nice and perfect way - it heals and it moves. Feel better than any sex, the sensual movement from chi is the bliss.
It can make my hands do the most divine kriyas - it goes to my unbalanced energies and balance.
It's intelligent, it has a persona- suited for me.
It won't burn you. It works for you in the time you need. It will take it's time. It will flush out the bad and heal you.
You have to trust it. Sometimes it hurts - letting go, but in the end you will see how perfect it works in you.

If you raise your kundalini without having the proper understanding of the potentials of that energy, you're gonna irreparably damage your soul-body.
Be careful people. Kundalini is not, I repeat NOT to be done by people who aren't familiar with advanced energy-manipulation and also know themselves VERY VERY well.
When I do kundalini the malevolent entities literally FLOCK around me to try to get a taste of it.. I deny them that taste of course and those who take initiatives and try to take some anyway usually gets burned alive (to no fault of mine. If they wanna play with the spiritual equivalent of an "atomic firestorm", I won't stop them).. But, I can only imagine what these energies would do to a mind that's polluted by emotional or intellectual slag for instance.
If Pet Rock have done this excercise for instance, I have true reason to fear for his future well being...

How do you stimulate your sex drive?.....Think of having sex? What do you mean by tingling sensation that occurs? As I never have a "tingling" sensation. This is great that you post something that may actually help someone, instead of the other type posts that are usually on here. I am interested in this, I just need to know what you mean by tingling and stimulate....Thanks
