Any place serving food to customers you must watch the staff and if you find anyone eating in the kitchen behind the counter you have full right to throw the person out of the restaurant as the food for the customers becomes JUTHA meaning cross contaminated and so can make you sick.
No mobile phones should be allowed in the kitchens either as they are more dirty then money as some use them in washrooms.
