The big problem here is quiet a few do and the worse bit is that they don't tell you.

I have been to quiet a few temples like Sikh Temples and Hindu Mandirs and found out that at times they serve you some of the food that was left over from last night. The day before this food has been out on the serving table for a few hours then it's put in the fridge overnight and reheated and then ends up on the serving table the next day. The annoying bit is that you are not informed and can end up from feeling unwell, sick and at the worse end food poisoned to a certain degree. Some of the restaurants are doing the same and getting away with it. In some sikh temples I found food stored in the fridge uncovered and I protested and informed the staff but some fools are still doing it. 

Its very important that food ( Prashadam) served in any temple is fresh and hot made today and none from yesterday BECAUSE THE WHOLE POINT OF SERVING FOOD IN THE TEMPLES IS FOR HEALING THE PEOPLE ..and not making them sick. 

Restaurant customers must do some research and use recommended restaurants only where they can be certain that the food is freshly cooked.

Now warning to those who go to Temples ...make sure the food is fresh and hot and if you feel some of the dishes are from left overs from the previous day try and avoid. I strongly advice you all to check and make sure for yourself as they will not tell you.

I have ended up today eating some food that was not fresh in a Hindu Mandir and don't feel to well now that is why from my experience I advice others to check before you eat. I have learnt my lesson although i am pretty careful I have been caught off guard a few times And I bet most of you have been caught out eating left over food without knowing.

This left over business is increasing so be extra careful.

Its best to cook your own food but sometimes you may end up eating on the go.
