ETs sure do not want a nuclear war on this planet as it will effect other planetary systems in this universe ..but there may be other ways that billions will be destroyed on planet earth

What makes you think that a nuclear war on earth can affect even the nearest planetary system? Consider supernova. It is the energy that the whole sun would exhaust it in billions of years, but all released in a single second via unimaginable explosion, but supernovas donnot even affect a nearest star! Just to be sure you get the approximation correctly, the sun's power is 100,000 hydrogen bombs per second. So the get the number of hydrogen bombs equivalent of power in a supernova, find how many seconds are there in billions of years, and them multiply it by 100,000!
The only explosion that can affect us, but all the way from stars, is gamma ray burst. This is the whole energy of an entire galaxy, changed into gamma ray, and then focused as a whole in a colimated manner, just like in a laser, and then this energy is all directed towards the earth!!
So goes a nuclear bomb in stars that can affect us!!😆

So the carbon base, technically remains the same, for our bodies. As with all ascended galactic…"
