Nope, this isn't one of those "Let's start an Indigo Revolution" pleas, so take a breath and relax. lolbiggrin.png But the revolutions overseas have caused me to start thinking about the Ascension and Indigos. Even though many who roll up into the forum are looking to start some shit, looks like shit is already going down. I started thinking that maybe the revolutions overseas were started, in part, by Indigos. Obviously, we aren't needed for revolutions to occur, history shows that, but it just makes me wonder. Besides, how can one say that an Indigo didn't help start them? We are everywhere, after all.

As for the Ascension, I'm thinking that these revolutions are part of it. Often when we think of Ascension, we think it's mainly a spiritual phenomenon. I'm of the opinion that it's far more than that. When I think of movements such as Slow Food, Fair Trade, environmentalism, the shift toward organics and the increase popularity in vegetarian and vegan diets, I see the Ascension at work. Not only that, the Mayan calendar is coming to a close soon to begin another cycle. It can't all be coincidence.

So why am I thinking this? From what I've read in books, web sites and from personal experience, the shift toward veganism and vegetarianism is a symptom of the Ascension. Obviously, not the case for everyone, but it's a symptom nonetheless. The desire to detox and live a more natural life on a healthy planet can be seen in the Slow Food movement and environmentalism, as well as dietary changes. The desire for peace and just gov'ts can be seen in the revolutions. In ways big and small, Man is awakening and not in the way many expected! lolbiggrin.png

In these efforts and many others, Indigos and others are using that warrior energy to break down the systems that don't work, so that new and better systems can take their place. And to think, so many of us were wondering when the Indigo Revolution would start! LOL!biggrin.png I guess many of us are late to the party! rolleyes.png And I guess Doreen Virtue was right, this is, indeed, the Year of the Indigo. Well if you want it to be.

So I'm not worried that this is the beginning of something awful. I feel hopeful that this is part of the beginning of something beautiful, different and new. And in some ways, the changes are painful but no one said giving birth to a new life would be easy. I feel proud of those overseas who are truly working to improve their country; I only wish many of us stateside would take a page from their book and do more. I'm not calling for violent revolution, but obviously, there are some shitty systems that need to be destroyed.

So now I'm at that point, personally, where I'm like, "What am I gonna do?" I could sit back and watch the fireworks or I could be one of those setting shit off. I opt for number two. Nope, not looking for attention and getting famous for setting shit off, for I prefer to be anonymous. It's just that with all this action and excitement going down, this Indigo just can't sit on the sidelines anymore! Don't know about the rest of ya'll but I'm gonna go off to ride the whirlwind! That is why I'm here, after all!biggrin.png

Cheers!

Without animal proteins, humans cannot build tissues, brains, nor make hormones...
Ponder that.
