Predictions for the four seasons are possible with the horoscope of the transiting Sun over any of the four seasonal World Points (0 degrees Aries, 0 degrees Cancer, 0 degrees Libra, and 0 degrees Capricorn). This is a mundane astrology approach, and thus one must look at this from a mundane astrology perspective, as opposed to an individual astrology perspective. In this case, we will look at Spring 2019 per Spring Equinox 2019 horoscopes applied to Washington D.C., President Donald Trump, and my home town of Santa Fe, New Mexico. THIS WILL BE A SIGNIFICANT SPRING 2019 IN LIEU OF A FULL MOON TAKING PLACE WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF EQUALITY WITH 0 DEGREES ARIES; THIS FULL MOON WILL BE THUS A PRIMARY CONSIDERATION IN ALL PREDICTIONS. But first, let's look at some basic mundane astrology definitions. These are different from individual astrology definitions.
The descriptions for the aspects (or angles) are the same for both individual and mundane applications.
Washington D.C.
We will use a straight-up horoscope of the Washington D.C. locality with the Full Moon, as opposed to a horoscope of the opening of the D.C. Capital building for business (which was November 17, 1800). The Full Moon (highlighted in yellow below) indicates strong possible "trade offs" taking place (i.e. conflicts) involving both government and non-government associates (defined by the Moon in the 11th House). Added to this is much 5th House speculation going on concerning the purpose and roles within the context of these conflicts that may take place in D.C. this spring (Sun in the 5th House). Expect a lot of debates this spring in D.C., and some of these debates may get intense.
Highlighted in yellow below is what I consider to be a "red flag" of significance. Uranus is often associated with "rebellious activity," and the Descendant (DSC) is notorious for being "the area of open enemies." I define this as possible protests in D.C. that may get intense, and possibly violent. The Yod involving Jupiter applying to Mars and the North Node indicates much legal activity taking place in D.C. this spring. The Conjunction of Mercury and Neptune in the 5th House and the Conjunction of Saturn and Pluto in the 3rd House indicates possible media censorship, deception, or restrictions (AND with the President turning his back on any needed action regarding such media censorship and deception; expect Trump to be at his usual of complaining about such censorship on Twitter (which provides NO REMEDIES for these 1st Amendment violations, except words and complaints)). The 4th House features Venus Conjunct Black Moon Lilith, and this indicates possible sinister activity of certain groups or organizations within the opposing party (which is the Democratic Party). Hence, all-in-all, please expect a lot of conflict in D.C. this spring.
President Trump
Trump was born under a lunar eclipse, and thus may be fortunate with having a certain "feel" for operating under the tension of a Full Moon. He will definitely need to be in a "full alert" status this spring, as this Full Moon taking place during Spring Equinox of 2019 will challenge him in ways he may find uncomfortable.
Below is my handout concerning Trump and the 2019 Spring Equinox. Notes are included. It does indicate that another run at him (possibly to push legal infractions of impeachment), and this will take place by the opposing party (i.e. the Democratic Party) this spring due to Mars Conjunct MC and with Venus Conjunct Lilith making a Square to the MC as well. There is also the possibility of major disappointments or crisis involving government associates (Pluto Opposition natal Saturn in the 11th House). Also expect "shocks" involving the poor legal advice that Trump has been receiving (transiting Mercury Conjunct Neptune (in the 7th House of "courts of law and one-on-one encounters") forming a Square with natal Uranus in the 10th House). The good news for Trump is that he gets a double-dose of the lucky transit Jupiter Opposition Sun this spring (circled in orange below), and this means he will most likely need a bath and deodorant as opposed to being forced to move out of the White House and back to New York due to legal consequences.
Santa Fe, New Mexico
There are many debates about the horoscope of Santa Fe, but one thing I have come to agree with....Santa Fe is an Aquarius city....the evidence is overwhelming, and is based on the significant similarity of architecture style (i.e. southwest adobe) with a vast majority of the buildings, homes, condominiums, apartments, and municipal functions here. Another similar example of such an Aquarius city is San Francisco, with the Victorian style of architecture dominant all over that city. And yes, both cities have fanatical politically liberal voting bases. My selection of the horoscope below is based on the forced resignation of the original Spain government in January of 1609 and it's replacement decided before March 5, 1609. Thus, Santa Fe was either a Pisces or an Aquarius during this time-frame; I decided on an Aquarius Sun sign. My notes are below, along with the horoscope.
Here's an application of my horoscope of Santa Fe below. The legendary Santa Fe University of Art & Design was forced to close in 2018. It was a heart-breaking time, as this university trained many talented artists. Note natal Venus in Pisces in the 10th House (careers in art) getting hit by transiting Neptune (while transiting Venus is forming a Square to it).
And here is yet another example of the horoscope of Santa Fe being put to use. Below is the recent "1000 Year Flood" that destroyed many homes in the Santa Fe area. The time of 7:30 pm was the reported time of the worst consequences for many who experienced this flood, as opposed to the actual start of the flood. The yellow highlighted areas below entail a grand cross of Venus Opposition Neptune ("disappointment among groups of people") applying to the Moon at the Descendant ("homes and neighborhoods involved in conflict"). And yes, the Ascendant is also involved, and this represents "the environment." Also note that Neptune can rule "the weather;" this description of Neptune was omitted under my mundane description of Neptune that was posted on this site.
Spring Equinox 2019 is applied to the horoscope of Santa Fe, and is somewhat reflective of the horoscope of the last "1000 Year Flood." What makes matters worst for 2019 is the Saturn Conjunct Moon transit ("restrictions with homes and neighborhoods"), along with Mercury Conjunct Neptune ("disappointing news") applying to the Ascendant and the natal Neptune in the 4th House. Hence, there is the possibility for some sort of major disappointment with Santa Fe homes and neighborhoods this spring, and I suspect flooding may once again be the culprit.
Thanks for reading.
Love to all,
Malcolm
