Horoscope rectification takes place when one does not have an accurate time of birth (or won't release it, as was the case with Dan Quayle). This post is a horoscope rectification project of James Comey, a recently fired U.S. F.B.I. Director. Rectification of a chart is done when one doesn't have a birth-time, and one looks at important life events to determine birth-time. Legal Background Of James Comey
James Comey's career as a U.S. Department of Justice criminal prosecutor was marked by controversial assignments into big money obtained by illegal or questionable means. He was one of the lead prosecutors against the Gambino Crime Family in 1987 (and was successful with crushing their operations). He would go on to investigate the Whitewater Real Estate dealings of Bill and Hillary Clinton in 1996 (and found "nothing"). He was successful with prosecuting and jailing Martha Stewart in 2002 for insider trading, and he would then resign from the Department of Justice in 2005.
Comey would then go on to do non-government legal work for Lockheed Martin (the biggest military industrial complex contractor on the planet) and would also sit on the board of HSBC Bank (which has been accused of being the biggest drug money laundering bank in the world. And yes, the Clintons were reported to be clients of HSBC).
Comey would return to the U.S. Department of Justice to replace Robert Mueller as F.B.I. Director in 2013, and would remain there until 2017.
Comey was fired as F.B.I. Director by President Trump on May 9, 2017. This was six days after Comey stated under oath that President Trump never pressured his agency to halt any F.B.I. investigation for political purposes.
At this current time, Comey is claiming that he was fired by President Trump due to his investigation into any Russian connections with the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election, and this defines F.B.I. involvement for political purposes (and thus possible commission of perjury relative to Comey's May 3rd statement of no political involvement performed by the F.B.I. during his watch as director).

Capricorn Rising
J. Edgar Hoover was born, raised, educated, and would die in Washington D.C. In addition to this lifelong exposure to the U.S. Capital, it is also fair to define Hoover to possibly be strongly involved with government in other ways with natal Jupiter equal to the world points (or one minute away), natal Sun in Capricorn and in Conjunction with Ascendant, and natal Saturn Conjunction Midheaven.
Similar to Hoover's strongly placed Saturn, I like the idea of focus on Comey's Saturn placement. And because of Comey's Department of Justice involvement with big money in illegal and secretive circles (and with indirect ties to the U.S. Government and Wall Street elite in some way), I also like Comey's 8th House as an important area of the zodiac to look at for purposes of rectification of his horoscope.
Rectification Choice A: Capricorn Rising Horoscope of James Comey
This Capricorn Rising chart features Saturn in Capricorn near the Ascendant, defining much role of government in the environment. Note that Pluto Conjunction North Node is in the 8th House, and Comey had powerful connections with banking and secretive organizations involved with finance (both legal and illegal).
The Neptune Conjunction Midheaven aspect is one placement that may be questionable and disagreeable. This is because Comey does not have an extensive history for extreme dishonesty or major involvement with activities that involves high level deception or dishonesty.
Capricorn Rising Transit Chart With Recent June 8th Testimony Claim Of Leaking White House Memos To The Mainstream Media
This bi-wheel chart below reveals the transit of Pluto Conjunction Saturn near the Capricorn Ascendant, and this is potential for the possible culprit for Comey's "downfall." Because Pluto's transit of the 1st House is associated with a powerful impression, any great success by Comey this summer to prove his case regarding any dishonesty from Trump may make this chart valid. This in turn may define the Capricorn Rising chart as a strong potential for Comey's rectification chart.
Another strong point for the Capricorn Rising Chart is Retrograde Saturn in the 12th House, and transit Saturn Conjunction of Sun in July 2017. This may define a time of much hardship, or an "inability to express oneself" in a manner that one would like.
Rectification Choice B: Taurus Rising

I personally prefer Choice B. Saturn is conjunct the Midheaven (like J. Edgar Hoover), legal and philosophy based Jupiter is at home in the 9th House of law and philosophy, and Comey's natal Sun is in law-based Sagittarius and in the 8th House of secretive finance and banking, as well as the 8th House for the Wall Street and D.C. elite.
Taurus Rising Transit Chart With Recent June 8th Testimony Claim Of Leaking White House Memos To The Mainstream Media
Just as the Capricorn Rising chart may feature Comey in possible positive light with Pluto entering Comey's Capricorn 1st House, this Taurus Rising chart may reflect the worst case for Comey: a crisis with his reputation (Transit Pluto Conjunction Natal Saturn and then transit the Capricorn 10th House) and exposure of secrets (Transit Saturn Conjunction Natal Sun in the 8th House).
Also note the position of transit Jupiter applied in both rectification charts: it does not come within two degrees of a transit square to Comey's natal Jupiter. Hence, there is quite possibly no "sigh of relief" for Comey this summer; he gets a serious taste of Saturn from both a natal and a transit perspective.
Aftermath
Comey is rich, just like the Clintons, and also just like the current U.S. President. It's a shame that your legacy and reputation can't be improved with expenditures from one's huge net worth, no matter how hard you try and no matter how hard the fake mainstream media (who favors you) tries to paint you up in favorable light (regardless of public opinion, which the fake media is trying to change).
The legacy of Lee Harvey Oswald is an example of this. Many in the American public who claim that Oswald was a patsy have been labeled as conspiracy theorists and kooks. And this is despite the evidence presented that Oswald was about as capable of killing Kennedy as the Easter Bunny was.
The same can be said about Comey; the fact that he may have committed perjury receives ZERO media coverage by the fake media. And this is the the same weight of fake media coverage that the defenders of Oswald have received in efforts to clear Oswald's good name as someone who may have tried to save JFK's life, and not kill him.
Your legacy cannot be created with financial expenditures, creations of giant statues of your likeness, or friendly fake media creating spin in your favor. Your legacy is created by your word, your actions, and your non-financial contributions to society and your fellow humans. And this is regardless of race, religion, political party, breast-size, hair-length, bad breath, taste in tattoos, taste in neckties, or favorite sexual position. Your legacy will reveal your bad side and your good side, and Comey, Soros, and Trump (AND THE MEDIA CONSUMING PUBLIC) better understand this reality.
