It's about Secret Army Spraying done back in the 50's and 60's in a low income area, mostly kids under age 12 in St. Louis and other Cities.. Yes, This is one such report of Planes Spraying..plus roof top sprayers too. If they lied then..Why would they tell the Truth now?
