Wow am I glad I embraced self work many years ago and self love more recently say last 3 years. Without making these a way of life I think it would be easy to get swamped in these waves we ride. I don’t know what you are all noticing out there but people who have stayed within the confines of the old earth ways are breaking down, struggling and the battle within must be tearing them apart.
My heart goes out to them and all we can do is stay centred in our souls. Just keep sending energy and love out and be there when we can. Some I have really realised though you have to stand back and love from afar. That is where I learned self love on a deeper level as to love within the chaos will do more harm than good. Until they see for real they can’t REAL-EYES but they only see from what level they are on and that’s usually real-lies (sorry love how everything joins up in words).
Our journeys really are individual soul wise, and we all have to fight our inner demons so we do not project our crap onto others and I remember being that way too and working through the inner muck and layers. It was worth it though it’s real freedom, the creativity and passion that replaces the crap. The ability to really be able to think deeper, clearer. Feel more love for all existence. Just wanting the highest good for all ❤️
