you don´t arrest ´members of the Illuminati´. You first request that the various members of one or more Illuminati GROUPS get investigated for a crime you and others are suspecting they have committed , provided that is in fact what you want to happen with your selected number of individuals chosen to be investigated.
So first you investigate them , then you request the arrests of those you can prove beyound any doupt carried forth the crime mentioned.
Then , you go straight ahead.
If your group is fictions - you can´t sue the group itself.
