I don’t need to tell you that being relaxed is a good thing. It’s of value however to remind you of the simple facts about attaining, then remaining, in this natural state of grace within which all that is good can occur.

It’s disarmingly simple to exist in a state of incrementally deepening ease. I won’t need to tell you anything you don’t already know. Rather my aim is to remind you of what you’ve always known.

Observe the endless waves of your breath. Note that as you breathe out your physical tension diminishes. Now note that you held a bit of breathe back; you could have breathed out more.

That’s all you need to do. Every other momentous and positive shift, whilst worth the watch, will occur automatically.

From this simple effortless action you’ll observe the following effects.

As you breath out you’ll notice the tension in your body diminishes. This is a pleasant feeling that’ll naturally attune you to become increasingly mindful to enjoy your exhalations. You’ll notice your exhalations more!

As you notice your physical tension diminish you’ll experience the direct relationship between mind and body. As your body relaxes, so will your mind.

When your mind relaxes it’ll release all the pent up feelings of fear, sadness, anger, and exhaustion. These feelings will travel through your mind and body. You’ll become increasingly comfortable to feel these feelings finish since you’ll know it leaves you lighter.

As your ease unfolds you’ll see the still sparkling perfect indomitable diamond that you are. Freed now from your self-imposed prison of pain, your marvellously creative and compassionate vast intelligence is again revealed.

If at this point you hold your breath the process stops until you breathe out again. Remember these feelings must ultimately be felt. They cannot be stopped forever.

To experience deep relaxation, to reveal your fullest self, just enjoy your exhalation. It‘s that simple. You were born that way.
