  Good thread, Louise :)  I've thought about this too... most of us have, I'm sure.  There are so many conflicting scenarios, that is partly why I work so hard researching and studying.  My conclusions are based on sound logic, physics and my own inner expansion, the answers are there for those who search.  Of course, I am a theosophist- so the way I think about it is a bit different. 

  I can't speak for anyone else, but I know deep within my soul that I am going to ascend by 2012.  The rest of the scenarios have too many variables for me to make a blanket judgement for the rest of humanity.... but within my personal development I am ascending into a higher level of frequency more each day...this tells me that what I sense is true, I will be one of those who are leaving. 

  As for the GFL, gosh, since I've opened my awareness a few years ago, I have seen crafts so many times... I didn't need anyone to tell me I was a starseed, lol...I've always been strange.  I will reunite with my star family and take my place with Drekx among them.  The energy Drekx and I build together is profound, another example that there is a divine plan is that we found each other.  The spark from his heart chakra is made to resonate with mine. 

  This experience with the galactic alignment is about raising our kundalini, the info is there... we really don't need channels

  once our focus is fully on our own development.  As far as I am concerned, I am spending the last months of my time here with you wonderful folk because I want to enjoy this experience with like minded people.  Sharing and learning together is my joy, and I want to spread the Love and eliminate fear- basically that is my purpose :)

    Hi Luke, you may ask anything you like a fair question. :) I do believe there are many other galactic races waiting to be able to make proper first contact with us as a race, but have been waiting for our vibration to be high enough for it to be done in a safe way with the majority of fear all ready removed from us to minimize the shock if you like. The way we connect and communicate will be heart to heart and through harmony love and joy. When the timing and conditions are ready and right is when I believe first contact will happen for the whole race. I know you can go aboard ships etherically now to communicate, receive training etc..and have been able to for many years.

    There is a however, and that's because I feel there has to be as I know there are some of a negative nature we have to be wary of. I have had the proof of this and it is a truth to me. It need not be anything to worry about but we as lightworkers need to be able to differentiate when a vibration feels wrong in our systems or negative in it's nature. To me this is the key to going on board with any galactic race in a safe and joyful manner. I think the high light galactic beings will be a blessing for the planet when the time comes and they will teach humanity loads we as a race need to be taught.

    I feel and believe though that until that day arrives we should be working our butts off ourselves for the bettering of our planet and race as a whole. Our focus should be on this and raising our vibrations always, we are told always by highly spiritual people the work is never done and this rings true to me. There is always something within, gifts and talents we can continue to develop. I know I have more self work to do on me for I am far from perfect if perfect exists. I hope this answers your question Luke, and, what's your thoughts on first contact?

  I do keep my mind open for any possibility, eventhou I would like some of my ideas manifest, however an idea of instant ascension just becouse we believe in GFoL does sound immature. What if we have to work for it, work for it hard to make sure that we are worthy, serious and committed instead of quick fix in the hands of aliens that we still have no definite proof of.................not to suggest that I believe in humans being only humanoids in universe but instant gratification never worked before for real students of LIFE......................

    I feel exactly the same was as you about things Esseya.  I am glad I am not the only that feels that many are looking for a quick fix, and that has been not such a great idea in the past.  In the past the government had to pass a pop quiz where they had to decide on which aliens to trust at the time in the late forties, and they made a very bad decision as far as trust goes...so I feel that we humans need to not sit back and wait for someone to save us which no matter how it is said, that is what many are doing....I hear it all the time, we are only humans and we need to be helped.  That scares me sometimes....

      waiting in sit just does not sound logical and smart...............what if this does not happen in a instant and large number of folks will feel total sense of disapointment which is never a good thing.

      I have a friend , 89 yr old woman who is seriously sick and dying but this poor soul spends all day moaning about GFoL coming to save here from this. Nothing else matters .

  so many possibilities, and everyone has "the correct info".  I am aware of the consciousness awakening and the theories on timetables of the universal clockwork, but this is very much a situation that we have influence to a major degree.  It is exciting to people to finally be apart of something big, something that changes the world for the better.  Who has not dreamed of creating a better world at some point in their lives?

   

  Sometimes we try to cram our new ideas into our existing schedules, because we want to be rescued, we are tired or afraid.

  There has to come a point inside each of us where we let go of the concern for when and if and just spend our energy on creating that positive now, which creates that positive future, one moment at a time.

   

  everyone here knows and feels that change is upon us, or they would not be here.  If everyone that was awake employed their powers of creation then there would be no need for intervention at all.  we are the keepers and guardians of this beautiful planet and we have all that we need inside of us and between us to accomplish what our hearts truly desire, or else that desire would not be there in the first place.

   

  I myself do not wish to say in my mind this is what will happen because I heard or seen it from such and such source.  I will say this is what is going to happen because I choose to hold that image of love in my heart and mind.  Just as a man may choose to make of his life a hell or a heaven, so we choose how restricted we are in our calling to serve Gaia.  

   

  For this is the purpose behind this shift, Gaia and her sisters.  Many starseeds would be surprised to know that they have already ascended and descended many times, to accomplish certain goals or ministry.

  I can feel it in the air too and I'm glad you have beautiful blue skies. Our summer has been aweful lol a few weeks of sun early in spring and it was gone. Enjoy it and I have faith and hope all will be great, I really do X

  To be honest Marianinina I'm not one for expectations and believe what will be will unfold as it should but can unfold in a variety of ways as life is ever changing. I do believe when mass consciousness hits a certain point and the scales tip more in the way of spiritually awakened souls than souls still sleeping we will really pick up speed, and it will have more of a knock on effect for the raising of vibration for everyone on the planet. There will then be many souls sitting in public, in their light spreading it in mass amounts just by simply being them, which will have an impact on all within their space. Once people awaken love becomes so much clearer it did for me anyhow. After an awakening I found a lot became far clearer the impact of negative emotions and the law of attraction was easy to understand. I have spent a chunk of my adult life so far learning about enlightenment but it is an experience/realisation not something we can be taught, an individual process that takes many, many lifetimes. Too many expectations though can lead to disappointment. There's a saying I heard once makes me smile 'Man makes plans, God laughs'...
