  Thanx Delilah777 for the great summary, really didn't have time to watch this but do appreciate the effort you made in point of fact summary. Good job, and there are some great pointers to take note of and put into practice.

  P.S: Delilah777 have you read the flower of life by Drunvalo Melchizedek? I ask this because Bob Fissell has it on his web site?

  Dear Delilah7777 I am glad you like this Video ...it is a nice message to the World from Solara An-Ra. I hope only more people watch it for their own benefit and pass the message to others.
  I like Bob Frissell as well as he tells you straight in his books.....like everything you have learnt so far is a lie

  WoW Ravinder, Excellent video, thanks for passing it along.  I made some notes below as I was listening to it.  What Solara An Ra is saying here really resonates with me.  It's interesting she mentioned Bob Frissell, I actually met him at the Tool Gathering a few years ago.

  Some things to think about that Solara An Ra mentioned.
  
  -> Focusing on Conspiracy Theroies constantly is destructive.
  
  This is something that I definitely agree with.  People seem very obsessed with focusing on the darkness they see in the world... Perhaps even darkness that isn't there, but by doing that, they are actually blocking themseves from becoming "Empowered".
  
  We are powerful beings, and we are only on the brink of what we will become.

   

  -> Complaining is the opposite of being in a state of "Gratitude".
  
  People say "Thank You" way less these days.  People need to be more grateful for things, more humble, and express gratitude more.

   

  -> We want to stay in our Physical Bodies, and become a Beacon of Light.  It's not about leaving your body, it's about bringing the light into yourself, and respecting the Earth and your surroundings.  "Respect", something people need to embrace MORE.

   

  -> Other points:

  Get to know your Body: Yoga, Tai Chi, Exercise.
  Learn how to Use your Mind, and not let it Use You.
  Manifestation
  Emotional Mastery
  Embrace Love instead of Fear
  Vertical Connection: Connecting with ALL that is Above, and Below.  Releasing yourself from the DRAMA.

  
  The Great Play of Life, all the world is a stage, and we are players on it.  When we connect within, we release ourselves from the Drama.  We become Empowered when we release ourselves from Drama.
  
  Being in a State of Bliss is what can be achieved.  Choosing what we think and believe is important. Meditation is a Tool that can help transform us on many levels!
