As you must know, Alex Collier, talk about a 4D civilization of Andromedans. AS this 4D civilization, there are others which exist, some 4D worlds are negative, extremely negative, they are intense, BUT they are so intense that the vibration allow EXTREMELY CONSCIOUS BEINGS OF LIGHT to enter and to fight for the light, literally. They are experts in martial art, in love and in light. Now, about the earth, the earth it's a horrible boring place (I know, you may argue this point but I won't answer... that is until u use your heart in the question or comment, because most people are just simple minds) which is very negative because people don't vibrate, they are like zombies, just following routines and living in fear that keeps them away from actually living.
