its Sumerian actually, i recognize it, though i wouldnt venture to say i could translate, i havent committed that language structure to memory yet.
in sumerian texts the reason we have many languages is because enki and enlil and all those other @$$hole "gods" made us and then we figured out how to make a spaceship, the "gods" didnt like their slaves using their toys so they destroyed the craft and its launch pad ( this is the tower of babel story from that book called the bible) and then scattered us all around the earth giving us different languages and religions to keep us from coming together and becoming as good as those "gods"
so yes all languages DO come from whatever language the annunaki taught their slaves
