Namaste people! The event below happened to me on the 30/09/2012,

I was wrapped in researching then I lost track of time.
Eventually I lost the glow I had been feeling in and around my heart, at the time I just thought it would be back later, as earlier in the day it felt like it left, then it came back after a little while, strong as ever.
I didn't realise it at the time, but not long after the event above, my body seemed to enter a "survival" state if you will, and I started to become paranoid of the space around me, even at times being scared for no reason. Eventually I decided to get past the state to just go down stairs to get something to eat and drink.
When I was eating and drinking I noticed the "survival" state was quickly disappearing, I then noticed that this state had seriously seemed to have a major crash into my spiritual self, I felt as if 95% of the progress I have made has been lost. I can no longer activate the glow of my heart and the tightness I was feeling in my head (which I believes represents something like alignment and the intake of higher energy) was not gone too, I couldn't seem to do anything about that either.

This happened a few days ago as I previously mentioned, and I do feel better all around for the most part, I came to the conclusion that the reason I don't feel them all the time now probably is because my physical body and mind had gotten used to these previous spiritual advances and thus they are not new to me now, so I had gotten used to them and don't feel them all the time because of this.
But, I was not 100% of my conclusion, so I wounded if someone could shed some light on this and any sort of advice for me now out of it would be great to,
