I have been having a hard time with connecting...I do experience a lot of the ascension symptoms and have had some visions and things like everything beginning to turn the color purple very strongly when I am slightly spaced out or even when I'm not spaced out and more when I am outside than inside....for some reason I am unable move forward in my spirituality...or at least it feels like it.....What can I do to move forward.....What are the most successful and important ways to reach the level of consciousness I will need to be ready for the end of this year?
What are some things that could be blocking me from being able to move forward in my spirituality?
Any feed back would be greatly appreciated...

from moving from beached whale "syndrom" to feeling like you are moving forward. there are lots of things that you can do to push that "whale" back into the sea.

Here are some things that I have done that have helped me tons:

meditation

yoga (very helpful in all ways) I would even pull up a kundalini youtube and do yoga via youtube.....

listening to a guided visualization by kelly howell. or solara an ra. kelly howell has a lot of great ones but one I really like is "faith" also there is the manifesting your destiny.....visualizations are actually very powerful...some of kelly howells visualizations are 4-6 weeks long of listening to them I would usually do that before bed. Both kelly howell and solara an ra have stuff on youtube.

going out and being with people

going to a local zen temple for meditation and dharma talks

caring for yourself and forgiving yourself for being human

read some good books

gratitude lists

also another thing you can do is to be kind to yourself. you may feel blocked, but is that really true. I have said that to myself "is that true." I have had to seriously push myself forward to move through and past some energy and to raise my vibrations. i have had to be disciplined in my practice (i am not always perfect, but still I try). I was feeling blocked and sometimes my thinking turns sour and I have to say to myself "is that true"?? It is the work of Byron Katie she is a no nonsense teacher of enlightenment. When I have thoughts in my head that are counter helpful to moving foward change focus. Change the focus of your thoughts.

being in touch with their spirit' means different things for everybody... do the things that bring you joy/peace/calmness and happiness.... follow that kind of mentality and you will be following your path and what you came here to do...

Listen to calm music /soft music , close your eyes and then imagine you rising , the important part is to transand and dance with the music , Bruce lee once said ( Be water my friend ) .

In order to connect whit your spiritual self you have to flow , so the music

is an awsome tool . Once you flow the doors will open .
