I think it's rather impossible to be spiritual and committing fraud at the same time. It's like trying to feed fire with air alone. Something will be lost in that process, whether it be the fire (money/biz) or the air (soul/you) depends on the intention of the person doing it.
If the goal of the fraud is to save humanity and you end up doing exactly that, then the method used to reach that goal may be forgivable? ;)
