Any of the staff eating behind the counter ..in the kitchen must be immediately removed ... customers should have the right to intervene and go behind the counter / kitchen to throw the person out and never allowed to work there.
This is basic common sense staff first day of training should be told no eating or drinking behind the counter or in the kitchen ...if they so need to have a drink and some food they need to come out and eat / drink outside and then go inside and wash hands first to resume preparing or serving food and drinks .
