Starship Activity Video has Increased in February 2012 What the H- are Those?

What the H-?  Are these some kind of fireworks?  Optical illusion?

Here's a compilation of recent sightings.  The GFL has said they will step up the sightings this year.

I was with a group of over two hundred people and witnessed several small craft darting around.  No one panicked. I think it's the best first step-massive daylight sightings at low altitude.
