Of course he hasn't done those things... he was told not to before his inauguration. If he tried to keep his campaign promises, he would end up like JFK, or worse, his family would. The cabal doesn't tolerate disobedience in their presidency. I don't think the cabal expected him to win by so much so they didn't rig the diebold voting machines to flip enough votes to the faschists. When he won anyway, he got a quick schooling in reality in some backroom. Considering the pressure he's been under, I think he's done all right.
