  Thanks for the link. Convinced me, I just ordered the cd. Kind of pricey but may help the freight train effect in my brain, which is always moving from thought to though, emotion to emotion faster than the speed of light, lol. This may help me to CHILL.....Thanks again....and it is sound science as well.
